Our Journey
Our Journey began with a simple visit to the store and a phone call shortly after.
Mr Ryk Buys, Minister of Finance, came to visit Mr Fernando one day checking in and Mr Fernando told Mr Finance that “at the time it was B and Ed’s” is closing down with short notice, in fact that very same week and that they are just finalizing all fitments this week and that would be the end of it.
So, Mr Finance spoke to Mr Fernando and long story short he felt the urge to try and salvage this operation and asked what would it take to keep the shop open?
Whilst the question was in the air, Mr Finance stated that he needs to make a quick phone call to Mr Ruan Farquhar, Minister of Propaganda,
So, Mr Finance called Mr Propaganda asking do you want to buy a motorcycle tyre shop? In which Mr Propaganda almost immediately said of course, naturally deepening on the terms and conditions, but yes, that could work.
So, we all started making plans and arrangements and within a week – B and Ed’s was no more, and the beginning of Alpha Performance has arrived.
